Note: Draft bodies are displayed in the Gmail compose modal (open Reply, then click the Fabius compose action). The right-side panel shows tasks and account context. Tip: In the message view, the Accounts section includes a link to open the account in Fabius where you can chat on the account timeline.

Quick Setup Guide

Get started with Gmail integration in just 5 minutes:

  1. Log in to app.fabius.io 2. Navigate to SettingsIntegrations 3. Click Connect Gmail 4. Authorize access to your Gmail account

  1. Visit Fabius on Google Workspace Marketplace
  2. Click Install 3. Accept permissions 4. Find the Fabius icon in your Gmail sidebar
Beta Access Required: During our beta period, you may need permission to install the add-on. Contact your Fabius representative if you see an “Access Denied” message.

How It Works

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

“Access Denied” when installing add-on
  • Contact your Fabius representative for beta access
No drafts appearing
  • Verify Gmail is connected in Settings → Integrations
  • Ensure sender is in your CRM
  • Check that both OAuth and add-on are set up
“Unverified app” warning
  • Click AdvancedGo to Fabius (unsafe)
