Introduction to Chat

Fabius Chat is your conversational AI assistant, designed to help you quickly understand and analyze your sales interactions without manually sifting through transcripts, documents, or analysis results. Ask questions in plain language and get insights drawn directly from your calls, emails, documents, and the analysis Fabius performs.

Why Use Fabius Chat?

Chat provides a powerful way to:

Get Quick Summaries

Instantly summarize key points, next steps, objections, or specific topics from one or multiple interactions.

Compare Across Interactions

Ask comparative questions across different calls, documents, or emails to identify trends, changes over time, or common themes.

Understand Analysis Results

Query the specific outputs and scores generated by your Fabius analysis fields, asking for explanations or details about why a certain score was given.

Deep Dive into Specifics

Ask targeted questions about specific moments, mentions, or details within an interaction, leveraging the AI’s ability to pinpoint relevant information.

Where Can You Access Chat?

Fabius Chat is integrated into several key areas of the platform, each offering a slightly different context:
While the underlying chat capability is the same, the default data context changes based on where you initiate the chat.
  1. Global Chat (Main Navigation):
    • Found via the main sidebar navigation link: /chat
    • Ideal for broad queries across multiple interactions or for analyzing specific sets of calls/documents/fields selected via a wizard.
  2. Account Chat:
    • Accessed from an individual Account page (e.g., /crm/accounts/:id).
    • Automatically includes the context of all calls, documents, and email threads associated with that specific account. Perfect for understanding the history and status of a single account.
  3. Interaction Chat (Call/Document/Email):
    • Available on individual Call Transcript pages (e.g., /calls/transcripts/:id) or potentially other interaction detail views.
    • Focused primarily on the single interaction you are viewing, plus any associated analysis results (scores/outputs) for that interaction. Ideal for deep dives into one specific event.
