Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you’re unable to log in to your Fabius account, the most common reasons are a forgotten password or not having setup your password in the first place. Here’s how to set it or reset it:Resetting Your Password
- Go to the Fabius Login Page: Open your web browser and navigate to
https://app.fabius.io. - Find the Reset Link: On the login screen, look for a link that says “Forgot Password?” or similar text. Click on this link.
- Enter Your Email: You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Fabius account. Enter your work email address that you use to log in.
- Request Reset: Click “Continue”
- Check Your Email: Fabius will send an email to the address you provided. This email contains instructions and a link to reset your password.
If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk mail folders.
- Follow Email Instructions: Open the password reset email and click the link provided. Follow the on-screen prompts to create and confirm your new password.
- Try Logging In Again: Once you’ve successfully set a new password, return to
https://app.fabius.ioand try logging in with your email address and the new password.
Still Having Trouble?
If you’ve tried resetting your password and still can’t log in, or if you never received the password reset email (after checking spam folders):- Verify Your Email Address: Double-check that you are using the correct email address associated with your Fabius account.
- Contact Your Administrator: Reach out to the person within your company who manages your Fabius account or your internal IT support team. They may need to verify your account status or confirm your correct login email.
