How It Works

  2. CRM Check: System verifies the sender is a contact in your CRM
  3. Draft Generation: For CRM contacts, Fabius generates drafts using:
    • Email thread history
    • Relevant knowledge documents
    • Configured style rules
    • LLMs (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini — as configured)
  4. Access in Gmail: View drafts through the Gmail Add-on (typically ready in 1-2 minutes)
  5. Task Creation: Follow-up tasks may be created based on email content

Getting Started

To start using Fabius email replies, you need to complete two essential setup steps:
  1. Connect Gmail in Fabius (Settings → Integrations)
    • Enables server-side email processing
    • Required for draft generation
  2. Install the Gmail Add-on from Google Workspace Marketplace
    • Provides the interface in Gmail
    • Allows you to view and use drafts
