Usage Guide & Examples

Fabius Chat is versatile. Here’s how to leverage it effectively depending on where you access it:
  • Global Chat
  • Account Chat
  • Interaction Chat (Call/Doc/Email)
Accessed via the main navigation /chat, this is the most flexible chat interface, allowing you to query across any set of interactions or fields you select.Workflow:
  1. Choose Analysis Type:
    • Primary Interactions: Select specific Calls and/or Documents (up to 75 total) to chat directly with their raw content.
    • Analyzed Fields: First, select one or more analysis fields. Then, select interactions (Calls/Documents) where these fields have been analyzed. You can optionally choose to include the primary interaction data as well (up to 75 total interactions if primary data is included, otherwise up to 500 interactions based only on analysis results).
  2. Select Interactions/Fields: Use the filters and tables to choose the relevant items. You can often use buttons like “Select 75 Most Recent Calls” for speed.
  3. Chat: Ask your questions based on the selected data.
Example Use Cases & Questions:
  • Trend Analysis (Analyzed Fields):
    • “Select the ‘Objection Handling’ score field.” -> “Select the last 100 calls.” -> “What were the most common objections mentioned in these calls?”
    • “Select ‘Next Steps’ field.” -> “Select calls from the last month for Account X.” -> “Summarize the agreed next steps across these recent interactions.”
  • Cross-Call Comparison (Primary Interactions):
    • “Select Call A and Call B.” -> “Compare how the budget discussion differed between these two calls. Quote relevant sections.”
  • Broad Summarization (Primary Interactions):
    • “Select the 5 most recent calls with Contact Y.” -> “Summarize the key topics discussed.”
  • Content Query (Primary Interactions):
    • “Select Document Z (Product Spec).” -> “What are the key technical requirements mentioned for integration?”
Tips for Global Chat:
  • Use filters effectively before selecting interactions to narrow down your scope.
  • Start with the “Analyzed Fields” flow if your question is about trends or patterns revealed by Fabius’s analysis.
  • Use the “Primary Interactions” flow for direct content queries or comparisons between specific interactions.
  • Be mindful of the interaction limits (75 with primary data, up to 500 with only analysis data).

General Best Practices

- Be Specific: The more specific your question, the better the answer. Instead of “Tell me about the call,” ask “What were the next steps agreed upon in the call?”
- Iterate: Ask follow-up questions to refine the information or dive deeper into a specific point.
- Use Toggles Wisely: Understand when to enable/disable Include Primary Data and Include References for the best results.
- Use “New Chat”: Click the “New” (refresh) button to clear the conversation history and start a fresh query with a clean context.
- Verify: While powerful, AI isn’t infallible. Use references and your own judgment to verify critical information.
