Managing Email Subscriptions
Configure who receives email notifications about completed analyses under Settings → Subscriptions → Email.Viewing Existing Subscriptions
The main Email Subscriptions page displays a table listing all currently active subscriptions. Key columns typically include:- Attendees: Shows which specific users must have been involved in the original interaction (e.g., call attendees) for this subscription to trigger. If blank or says “All Attendees,” the subscription applies regardless of who was involved.
- Recipient: Displays who will receive the email. This is:

- Actions:
- Edit (Pencil Icon): Opens the detail page to modify the subscription’s settings.
- Delete (Trash Icon): Disables the subscription, preventing future emails from being sent based on its rules.
Creating a New Email Subscription
- Navigate to Settings → Subscriptions → Email
- Click the “Add Email Subscription” button
- Fill in the basic settings:
Basic Settings
Attendees:- Use the multi-select dropdown to specify if this subscription should only apply to interactions involving certain Fabius users
- Select one or more users if you want the email sent only when at least one of the selected users was an attendee on the call
- Leave this blank if the subscription should apply regardless of who attended the interaction
- Enter the specific email address where the notifications should be sent
- This must be a valid email format (e.g., [email protected])
Advanced Options
Click “Advanced Options” to configure email templates:- Select Analysis Configurations: The system shows all active Analysis Configurations

Choose or Create Templates: For each configuration you want to include:
- Select an existing template from the dropdown
- Or click “Create Template” to make a new one
- The template determines what fields appear in the email
- Navigation Option: Check “Take me to the subscription after creating” if you want to continue configuring
- Click “Create” to save the subscription
If you don’t configure templates during creation, you can always add them
later by editing the subscription.
Editing an Email Subscription
- Click the Edit icon (pencil) for the subscription you wish to modify in the main table
- On the subscription detail page (
/settings/subscriptions/email/[id]), you can:
Edit Basic Settings
- Attendees: Add or remove users from the attendee filter list
- To Address: Change the recipient email address
- Click “Save” to apply changes
Manage Email Templates
For each Analysis Configuration shown: If no template is assigned:- Click “Select Template” to choose an existing template
- Or click “Create Template” to make a new one
- Click “Edit Fields” to customize the template configuration
- Click “Change Template” to select a different template
- The current template name is shown for reference
Deleting (Disabling) an Email Subscription
- Locate the subscription in the main list table.
- Click the Delete action (Trash Icon).
- Confirm the action if prompted.
- The subscription will be marked as disabled and will no longer send email notifications. This action is usually reversible by contacting support or if an “Enable” action becomes available.
