Introduction to Email Subscriptions
Email Subscriptions in Fabius provide a powerful way to automatically send notifications and summaries based on the results of your automated analysis. Instead of manually checking each call or document, you can configure subscriptions to deliver relevant insights directly to your inbox or the inboxes of your team members.Key Use Cases:
- Manager Notifications: Automatically send call scores and coaching suggestions for a manager’s direct reports to their inbox.
- Rep Self-Review or Actioning: Send analysis results (like scores or extracted next steps) directly to the rep who handled the call or owned the document.
- Stakeholder Updates: Notify specific stakeholders (e.g., product managers, sales ops) when certain types of analysis are completed (e.g., mentions of a new competitor, feedback on a specific feature).
- Workflow Integration: Use email as a trigger for follow-up actions based on analysis findings.
- Exception-Based Reporting: Using filter templates, send emails only when scores are unusually high (>8) or low (<3), reducing noise and focusing attention on what matters most.
How it Relates to Analysis
- Trigger: Email Subscriptions are triggered after an Analysis Configuration successfully runs on an interaction (like a call or document).
- Content: The content of the email (which analysis fields are included, how they are formatted) is determined by an Email Template linked to the specific Analysis Configuration, not by the subscription itself. You manage these templates within the Analysis Configuration settings.
- Email-Level Filtering: Email Filters control whether an email is sent at all, based on aggregate conditions like “any score below 3” or “average score above 7”.
- Subscription Filtering: Subscriptions allow you to filter which completed analyses trigger an email, primarily based on the attendees of the original interaction.
