Using Custom Fields for Analysis Context
Besides Knowledge Documents, another crucial source of context for Fabius analysis is the data stored in your Custom Fields. These fields often originate from your CRM (like HubSpot, Salesforce) and hold specific details about the Account, Contact, Opportunity, or even the Call itself.Explicitly Linking Custom Fields (Signaling Importance)
You need to explicitly link specificCustomField entities to an Analysis Field.
- UI: This is managed on the Field Detail page in the “Linked Custom Fields” section via the “Add Custom Field” drawer.
- Primary Purpose: Fabius will then include the content of the custom field in the analysis prompt for this field.
- When to Use: Consider explicitly linking a Custom Field if its value is highly critical context for accurately analyzing a specific Enumeration Field (e.g., linking the “Account Tier” Custom Field to an “Enterprise Fit Score” Enumeration Field).
